Public places need to apply for a public place sanitation permit to allow normal business. The public place sanitation permit is valid for four years and is reviewed every two years. When applying for a hygiene license and reviewing and renewing the license, the operator of a public place shall submit a hygiene inspection or evaluation report within one year to the local health and family planning administrative department; if a centralized air conditioning and ventilation system is used, a hygiene inspection or evaluation report of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system shall be provided.

Detection and Evaluation of Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System
Relevant laws and regulations, such as the measures for the Hygiene Management of Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems in Public places, the regulations on the Hygiene Management of Public places, and the Code for Hygiene Evaluation of Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems in Public places, for newly built, rebuilt and expanded public places, the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system shall be evaluated in terms of hygiene, and can only be put into operation after passing the evaluation. The centralized air conditioning and ventilation system that has been put into operation shall be evaluated once every two years, and can continue to operate only after passing the evaluation.

New issuance, renewal and review of public health permit testing
According to the Regulations on the Administration of Health in Public Places and the Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Health in Public Places (Order of the Ministry of HealthNo. 80) and the "Administrative Measures of Guangdong Provincial Department of Health on the Issuance of Health Permits in Public Places" require public place operators to continue“Hygiene Permit for Public Places”The period of validity and the review of the license shall expire at the expiration of the period of validity.30A few days ago, an application for renewal shall be submitted to the original license issuing authority; and a health inspection report within one year shall be provided. If a centralized air conditioning ventilation system is used, a health inspection or evaluation report of the centralized air conditioning ventilation system within two years shall be provided.

Swimming pool water/Secondary water supply detection
The drinking water provided by the operators of public places for customers shall meet the requirements of the national sanitary standards for drinking water. The water quality of swimming pools (halls) and public bathrooms shall meet the national health standards and requirements.
In the renewal procedure of the public place hygiene permit, it is necessary to submit"Public places health inspection and testing, evaluation institutions”A copy of the water quality inspection report (within one year) issued.

Inspection of articles and appliances in public places
According to the regulations on the Administration of Hygiene in Public places and the Hygienic Standards for articles in Public places, operators of public places shall, in accordance with the requirements of hygiene standards and norms, carry out hygiene tests on articles and utensils in public places, and the tests shall not be less than once a year; if the test results do not meet the requirements of hygiene standards and norms, they shall be rectified in a timely manner.

To apply for a hygiene permit, a public place operator shall submit the following materials:
Application form for (I) hygiene permit;
Identification of the legal representative or responsible person of the (II);
(III) public place address orientation map, floor plan and sanitary facility floor plan; copy of property ownership certificate or rental agreement
(IV) public places health testing or evaluation report;
(V) the sanitary management system of public places;
(VI) business license copier:
Copy of (VII) health certificate;
Note: the use of centralized air conditioning ventilation system, should also provide centralized air conditioning ventilation system health testing or evaluation report.
