Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued three technologies: "Technical Specifications for Application and Issuance of Pollutant Discharge Permit Electronic Industry" (HJ 1031-2019)(hereinafter referred to as "Electronic Technical Specifications"), "Technical Specifications for Application and Issuance of Pollutant Discharge Permit Wood-based Panel Industry" (hereinafter referred to as "HJ1032-2019-based Panel Technical Specifications") and "Technical Specifications for Application and Issuance of Pollutant Discharge Permit Discharge Permit Hazardous Permit Hazardous Waste Incineration Hazardous HJ1038-2019 specification, we will comprehensively promote the reform of the pollutant discharge permit system. At present, three industries apply for emission permits.
